I have been associated with Tata for many years. We’ve developed a specialized chronic care model covering 18 endocrinology-related disorders, with a particular emphasis on urban healthcare. Our approach prioritizes prevention, which focuses on reducing healthcare symptoms and reversing the symptoms when possible. Our aim is to restore and maintain health and wellbeing of individuals. The focal point of the entire model is proactive, patient-centric and continuous care.
