  • The wait time for a specialist consultation depends on the availability of the doctors, the Care Planogram assigned for you, and your convenience.

  • You can connect with your dedicated health companion or the care delivery team @ +9180-69156999 between 10 am to 5 pm or connect with your dedicated health companion.

  • Our health companions are well-trained health coaches. They would be able to judge individual needs and provide customized assessment plans. However, if you are not satisfied or not comfortable, we will re-assign another health companion for you.

  • To subscribe and avail Tata MD Healthcare services you can download the app “add link” and arrange for a call back “add link”. You can also write to us at support@tatamd.com. ( edit with company number) along with your details (First Name, Last Name, Age, Mobile Number & Email) for us to help you further.

  • A Specialist consultation is generally included as part of your Care Plan. For these appointments, the health Companion will coordinate as per your convenience and the availability of doctors. In case you require additional consultations with a specialist, please reach out to your Health Companion. Additional consultations which are not included in the subscription are chargeable.
