Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Testing services:
  In case of cancellation of booking four (4) hours prior to the scheduled collection, full refund of payment made by the individual will be processed within fourteen (14) business days.

No cancellation and/or refund will be permitted if: –

• It is below four (4) hours from scheduled collection.
• Individual / family member not at designated residence.
• After arrival of phlebotomist at residence.
• After collection of the sample from the individual/family member.
• Virtual consultation services:
• Where the patient has booked a paid appointment and is unable to attend the virtual call, due to genuine reasons as stated by the patient, at the sole discretion of Tata MD, pursuant to provision of supporting documents by the patient, the patient shall be provided with a 50 % refund of such payment made by him/her, at the time of booking.
• In the event, the doctor is unable to meet the patient including any family member, subject to patient booking the paid appointment slot, the patient has the option of an alternate appointment slot. In case the patient wishes a refund, he/she would need to write to us at support@tatamd.com within five (5) days from the occurrence of such event; in which case, the entire consultation amount will be refunded to the patient within fourteen (14) business days in the original mode of payment done by the him/her while booking.
• In case where the patient including any family member, does not show up for the appointment booked with the doctor, without cancelling the appointment beforehand, the amount will not be refunded.
• In case of cancellation four (4) hours prior to the scheduled consultation, full refund will be processed within fourteen (14) business days. No cancellation and/or refund will be permitted if it is below four (4) hours from the scheduled consultation.

This is applicable for both patients with subscription and without subscription of Tata MD careplan.
