What if an individual is not comfortable with the health- companion assigned?

  • Our health companions are well-trained health coaches. They would be able to judge individual needs and provide customized assessment plans. However, if you are not satisfied or not comfortable, we will re-assign another health companion for you.

How do I book an appointment with a specialist? 

  • A Specialist consultation is generally included as part of your Care Plan. For these appointments, the health Companion will coordinate as per your convenience and the availability of doctors. In case you require additional consultations with a specialist, please reach out to your Health Companion. Additional consultations which are not included in the subscription are chargeable.

  • In case of any such requirement, you can connect with your health companion. They will help book a consultation with our doctors anytime between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The doctor will assess the medical problem and provide care either through a virtual call or will refer you to the hospital as required.

  • Yes, you can provide recent records. However, the doctors may also request a retest or additional tests for diagnosis to ensure they are providing you with the best care possible.

  • In this case, you might not need to immediately get it checked. However, we could record your vitals when you visit the healthcare centre.

  • In case you have a BP monitoring apparatus, you can check this at home and share it with your Health Companion or on the app.

How can I share my vitals if there is no portable BP Apparatus/Glucometer/Thermometer with me?

  • You can visit our health centre, and we'll take care of your assessments. Your comfort and convenience matter. If the centre is not close by, you can visit a nearby facility and update the results on the app or share them with your health companion. We can also arrange for a nurse to visit your home for an examination, who will then update your health parameters on the platform which will be available to you via the Tata MD app.
